BBNaija Season 9, “No Loose Guard,” began with a twist different from the previous seasons. For the first three weeks, the Head of House was determined by a ballot. And the head house position had no immunity attached to it.
However, Big Brother is back to the usual Head of House challenge. Now, housemates have to win a challenge to become the Head of House.
BBNaija Head of House Challenge
The first Head of House challenge of the BBNaija Season 9 “No Loose Guard” house was in two rounds.
In the first round, the housemates were required to toss a ball to knock off three balls placed on a flat board. The pairs that complete this challenge in the fastest time will proceed to the second round.
At the end of the first round, four pairs qualified for the second round. They were Chekas, Mbadiwe twins, Nelita, and Double kay
In the second round, the four pairs were asked to play a “crack the code” game.
One member of the pair wears a helmet with a hook. The other member directs the helmet-wearing member until they hook the helmet on a hanging hook. The weight of the hanging helmet pulls up and bursts a balloon, revealing a code. The directing member then uses the code to unlock a padlock.
The pair that completes this challenge in the fastest time will become the Head of House.
After all four pairs played, Nelita finished fastest, making them the new Head of House
With the new head of house having immunity, it means Nelita is safe from eviction in the coming live eviction show and guaranteed to be in Big Brother house next week.
Also, since Nelita is the current Head of House, it means they will enjoy the comforts of the Head of House lounge for two consecutive weeks.
It’s really becoming the time for Nelita in Biggie’s house!

Nelita won the Head of House challenge for two consecutive weeks, and this is a first in the history of Big Brother Naija.
