Not at all. Chelsea can look at Man City’s recent matches and be hopeful. This is because despite getting the results, Man City has not been at their imperious best lately.
For example, Guardiola admitted that they were second best in their last outing against Arsenal.
In the match before that, Man City struggled to break down a Brentford team that was missing 6 first-team players. In the end, they managed a 1-0 win via a VAR-awarded goal.
Before Brentford, Man City played Leicester, and they almost capitulated in the second half after winning the first half 4-0.
Chelsea recent performances

It was against Liverpool – a fellow title hopeful – that Chelsea stretched their defeatless run to 15 games. That was the 2-2 draw at Stanford Bridge, in a game that Liverpool had been 2 goals up.
So, on one hand, you have a Man City team that has not been very convincing of late. On the other hand, you have a Chelsea team that isn’t losing games.

Man City may win it in yet another unconvincing fashion. But, Chelsea could once again refuse to lose and nick a draw.
